Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Software (WFS) Senior Consultant – Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and integration of Workforce Software solutions. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with workforce management systems, particularly Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Compliance.

This role combines technical implementation, solution architecture, client consulting, and project leadership. The successful candidate will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities1. Solution Architecture and Design

• Design end-to-end Workforce Software solutions aligned with client business requirements.
• Lead technical design sessions, develop solution blueprints, and recommend scalable configurations.
• Ensure integration compatibility with SAP SuccessFactors, payroll platforms, and other enterprise systems.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

2. Implementation and Configuration

• Lead the configuration and implementation of Workforce Software modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, ACT, and Forecasting, as applicable.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts using JavaScript, SQL, and HTML.
• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and validation against business requirements.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend improvements to platform performance and functionality.

3. Client Consulting and Stakeholder Management

• Conduct client workshops to gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on workforce management processes, scheduling, timekeeping, and compliance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert during solution design, pre-sales, implementation, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.

4. Project Leadership

• Lead small to medium-sized implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed scope and budgets.
• Monitor project milestones, manage technical risks, and address implementation challenges.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices in Workforce Software implementation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote consistent delivery standards.

5. Integration, Reporting, and Analytics

• Design, develop, and maintain system interfaces using APIs, ETL tools, and other integration technologies.
• Support integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, payroll systems, and related enterprise applications.
• Develop, configure, and maintain standard and custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Investigate and resolve integration failures, data inconsistencies, and performance issues.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Workforce Software (WFS) implementation.
• Strong technical expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, Compliance, and ACT.
• Experience in workforce management solution design, system configuration, and implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and HTML for scripting, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions.
• Knowledge of system integrations, interfaces, data flows, and enterprise application connectivity.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workforce Software certifications, particularly in Time, ACT, and Interfaces.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and Payroll integrations.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and Cognos.
• Experience with APIs, ETL tools, and enterprise system integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience mentoring junior consultants or leading implementation workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources Information Systems, or a related field.

We are looking for a technically strong and client-oriented professional who can take ownership of Workforce Software implementation projects from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.

The ideal candidate combines deep WFS product knowledge with practical technical skills, solution architecture capabilities, and the ability to guide stakeholders toward effective workforce management solutions.

Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php270,000.00 per month
