We are looking for an experienced WorkForce Software Project Manager to lead workforce management implementation and transformation projects.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of Project/Program Management or implementation experience
- Experience in Workforce Management, HCM, Payroll, or enterprise systems
- Strong experience managing implementation projects, timelines, risks, issues, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence, Accruals, Pay Rules, and Payroll
- Experience coordinating functional, technical, testing, and business teams
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
- 3+ years of WorkForce Software / WorkForce Suite / Workforce Time preferred
- Experience with WFS integrations to Payroll, HCM, HRIS, ADP, or ERP is a plus
