We are looking for experienced Workforce Management Testers to support testing activities for a WorkForce Software implementation.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, Payroll, or enterprise application testing
• Experience creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios
• Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, Regression, Parallel, and End-to-End Testing
• Experience with defect management, retesting, and regression validation
• Strong understanding of Timekeeping, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Pay Rules, Leave/Accruals, and Payroll
• Experience testing system integrations and validating data flows
• Experience with test management or defect tracking tools
• WorkForce Software / WorkForce Suite / Workforce Time experience preferred
• UKG, Kronos, UKG Dimensions, ADP Workforce Management, or similar platforms may also be considered

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
