Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of staffing, scheduling, census, organizational-structure, and payroll strategies to improve productivity, store KPIs, and profitability.
• Analyze high-volume workforce, labor, payroll, and store-performance data; identify trends and behavioral drivers; and present findings through clear reports, dashboards, charts, and presentations.
• Create exception-based reporting tools, streamline processes, and produce recurring performance reports to support management decision-making.
• Manage commission and bonus calculations, payouts, reporting, payroll-budget activities, and communication of workforce strategy and payroll performance to field and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple projects and KPI initiatives, including training, implementation, documentation, status reporting, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience supporting retail or frontline teams is highly preferred, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing demands.
• Financial acumen involving budgeting, forecasting, payroll management, cost optimization, and four-wall profitability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate evidence, challenge assumptions, assess trade-offs, and make sound workforce-strategy recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, listening, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to solving problems with cross-functional partners.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and the Adobe Suite; experience with Smartsheet or similar project-management tools; willingness to work variable hours and travel as needed.
