📢 WE’RE HIRING: WORKFORCE SUPERVISOR

📍 Work Location: Makati CBD
🏢 Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

We are looking for a highly organized and assertive Workforce Supervisor who can ensure that the right number of people are at work, on time, and properly scheduled to support daily operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Workforce Supervisor, you will:

1. Manage daily workforce attendance, staffing, and schedule compliance
2. Ensure adequate manpower coverage for every shift and prevent staffing gaps
3. Prepare and balance work schedules, shifts, rest days, and manpower deployment based on operational requirements
4. Monitor attendance, tardiness, absences, undertime, schedule adherence, and other attendance-related exceptions
5. Coordinate immediate manpower adjustments in cases of unexpected absences or operational requirements
6. Identify attendance trends and recurring manpower issues and recommend corrective actions
7. Enforce attendance, timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce policies consistently
8. Conduct coaching and initiate appropriate disciplinary action for repeated or deliberate attendance violations, in coordination with HR
9. Maintain accurate workforce, attendance, and scheduling reports
10. Monitor staffing levels against approved manpower requirements and operational demand
11. Coordinate with department supervisors and managers regarding shift requirements, staffing shortages, leave schedules, and manpower movements
12. Support workforce planning, manpower forecasting, shift optimization, and productivity improvement initiatives
13. Ensure proper endorsement and workforce continuity across shifts

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Nursing, Marketing, or any college degree course
• Relevant experience in Workforce Management, Scheduling, Timekeeping, Operations
• Strong knowledge of attendance management, shift scheduling, and manpower planning
• Able to manage rotating shifts and complex staffing requirements
• Comfortable addressing attendance violations and enforcing company policies fairly and consistently
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and people-management skills
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and workforce or timekeeping systems
• Willing to work 100% onsite in Makati CBD

Experience supporting 24/7 operations, healthcare, hospitality, BPO, retail, or other shift-based environments is an advantage.
