Workforce Transformation Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Workforce Transformation Lead to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape workforce transformation strategy across technology domains, helping clients align talent, skills, and operating models with business priorities. You will lead discovery, develop actionable recommendations, and guide delivery from assessment through rollout with clear governance and measurable outcomes. The position also requires strong executive presence, consultative selling, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders and distributed teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $179,760 – $341,520 annually

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape workforce transformation opportunities across technology domains
• Lead client discovery sessions and develop proposals and executive presentations
• Conduct workforce diagnostics linking business strategy to talent demand
• Design workforce solutions including skills intelligence and role redesign
• Oversee client delivery from assessment to operational rollout with governance frameworks
• Drive measurable business outcomes related to workforce capacity and skill gaps
• Develop repeatable methods and training for consulting teams to enhance delivery

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting or transformation experience in workforce transformation
• Proven ability to translate AI and automation impacts into workforce implications
• Experience leading at least two workforce transformations from start to finish with measurable results
• Hands-on expertise in strategic workforce planning and role redesign
• Demonstrated sales capability in opportunity origination and executive presentations
• Experience managing distributed consulting teams and engaging with senior stakeholders
• Ability to provide detailed examples of deliverables related to workforce scenarios and skills analysis
