Role Summary:
Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows in Adobe Workfront Fusion. Integrate Workfront with enterprise applications to optimize business processes and ensure seamless data flow.

What Youll Do:

• Design and develop automated workflows in Workfront Fusion
• Integrate Workfront with third-party applications (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Slack, Microsoft Teams)
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
• Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Maintain and enhance existing Fusion workflows
• Implement best practices for workflow automation, error handling, and data security
• Provide training and documentation for end-users and administrators
• Stay up to date with Workfront Fusion updates and recommend improvements

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Experience in Workfront Fusion development and administration
• Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data transformation
• Experience with Workfront API, REST/SOAP APIs, and JSON/XML formats
• Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Jira, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based tools
• Ability to analyze business processes and design automation solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

• Adobe Workfront certification (Fusion or Core Workfront)
• Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript or Python
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools
