Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Details We're looking for a Manager of Working Capital & Receivables to lead a team focused on improving cash flow, reducing aged receivables, strengthening billing processes, and driving working capital performance.

The Ideal Candidate

• Can build a dashboard and explain the story behind the numbers
• Knows how to improve processes rather than simply manage them
• Is comfortable leading conversations with Operational Leadership, Project Managers, and Finance teams
• Can create executive-level reporting and recommendations
• Understands how billing, collections, forecasting, and working capital impact the business
• Leads with influence, communication, and accountability rather than authority

Qualifications:

• Experience leading AR, Billing, Working Capital, Revenue Operations, or Treasury-related functions
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; Power BI experience preferred
• Experience improving DSO, collections performance, or working capital metrics
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in service-based, project-based, engineering, or infrastructure environments is a bonus
