Working Field Assistant Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Working Field Assistant Manager to lead and coordinate housekeeping activities throughout Baldwin County. This role is vital in ensuring that buildings are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with all guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, training capabilities, good eye for inspecting and capabilities to perform cleaning. As a key team leader, you will assist with daily operations, manage crews, and handle customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and timely
• Schedule cleaning for staff.
• Hire and Train new hires from orientation through in field training
• Handle customer service visits and issues
• Shift will work approximately 2pm to 10/11pm. Schedule isn't exact there will be some day and some later nights required.
• Covering and cleaning accounts is required on a regular basis
• On-Call Every Other Weekend
• Works hand in hand with the Manager

Experience

• Customer Service and Supervisory experience is perferred
• Housekeeping experience is a plus

This is a year round full time position. With overtime available at times. Some flexibility with shift is available and required

Background check will be performed. Drug free establishment. Must have drivers license with a good driving record as a company vehicle will be driven

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
