Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and according to plans and specifications
• Lead and motivate construction crews, providing clear direction and support to maximize productivity and safety
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide onsite work effectively
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations
• Oversee safety protocols on site, enforce compliance with worksafe regulations, and conduct regular safety meetings
• Collaborate with project managers on scheduling adjustments, procurement needs, and resolving onsite issues

Skills

• Proven supervising experience in a civil construction environment with strong leadership capabilities
• Extensive civil construction experience
• Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and understanding construction estimating processes
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and safety standards within the construction industry
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Familiarity with using construction schematics for troubleshooting and planning purposes

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
