We're looking for an experienced Working Student for our B2C Team (m/w/d)

part-time

Berlin

Responsibilities will include:

• Support our Customer Success team in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent service.
• Respond to customer inquiries, maintain the customer database, and provide general support.
• Assist with office management tasks, including administrative and organizational duties.
• Categorize, process, and follow up on customer requests efficiently.
• Handle complaints and provide assistance in resolving complex issues.
• Maintain and document customer and transaction data across ERP, e-commerce, and ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with various teams to support overall business operations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program at a German university
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Service-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, and empathy
• Quick comprehension, high attention to detail, and a structured, reliable, proactive working style
• Experience with digital tools; familiarity with ERP systems and Shopify is a plus but not required
• Team player, self-initiative, and willingness to quickly learn new systems
• Availability for a part-time position (up to 20 hours per week)
• Presence in the Berlin office
