Würth Finance International B.V. is the Treasury Center and in-house bank of the globally operating Würth Group and plays a key role in safeguarding its financial stability. From our office in ’s-Hertogenbosch, we support more than 400 Group companies in the areas of financing, payment transactions, risk management and reporting. We currently have an opportunity for a working student Business Process & IT.

Your role

In the next 12 months, we will implement a new system landscape which is a great opportunity to further professionalize and optimize our business processes. If you are passionate about process improvement, automation and AI this may be the perfect job for you. In this role, you will analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and help design more efficient ways of working. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to a strategic transformation project within an international Treasury environment. Your responsibilities include:

• Analyze and document current business processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Support the redesign and optimization of operational workflows.
• Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Create process documentation, flowcharts and work instructions.
• Assist with testing and implementation activities related to the new system landscape.
• Support data analysis and reporting to measure process performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Treasury, IT and other departments.

What you bring

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Business IT, Finance, Data Analytics, Process Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Affinity with financial processes
• Strong interest in process optimization, digital transformation and automation
• Affinity, experience and willingness to be hands-on working with AI tools and technologies
• Experience with process mapping tools, Power Automate, Power BI, Excel or similar tools is an advantage.
• Good command of English; German is an advantage
