Working Student - Order and Demand Management

A Snapshot of Your Day As a Working Student, you will have an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in offer, order, and implementation management for components, tools, consumables, and services supporting the training center, while contributing to the success of a dynamic team within the Service Operations department.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Managing procurement activities, including the creation and processing of purchase orders in SAP
• Monitoring and following up on purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and confirmation of delivery dates
• Processing supplier offers and maintaining up-to-date pricing information
• Ensuring effective daily communication with suppliers and the local German team
• Handling invoicing process in alignment with internal procedures
• Preparing and issuing various operational and performance reports

What You Bring

• You are a student within the fields of Business Administration, Economics or any other relevant fields
• Creative, communicative, pragmatic and enthusiastic personality
• Independent approach to work, high sense of responsibility, proactivity and team spirit
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), German is an advantage
• Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
