Working Student – Project Service & Transformation

Salary: from 6,50 EUR / hour + meal contribution

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and responsible working student to join our Inhouse Consulting Department at Siemens GBS.

This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in business consulting while contributing to meaningful projects that drive business transformation and operational excellence.

The student will have a chance to work closely with experienced consultants and professionals in a dynamic, collaborative, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Project Management team with simple tasks related to project activities
• Organization and support for colleagues around business trips– booking hotels, arranging plane tickets, etc.
• Processing of travel expenses in an internal tool
• Assistance with newcomer onboarding when relevant, setting up devices (laptop, work phone)
• Organization and management of team activities and events
• Occasional department purchase order management (purchasing of equipment and office supplies)
• Processing of documents related to the purchases and maintenance of assets inventory

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to support decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Proactive attitude, eager to learn and contribute to consulting projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
