Working Supervisor – Cleaning & Facilities

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Working Supervisor to join our team!

What will you be doing?

As a Working Supervisor, you will play an important role in supporting our cleaning teams and ensuring our services are delivered to a consistently high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Covering force majeure and emergency situations when required
• Training, supporting and guiding cleaners on site
• Visiting different client sites and supporting the Area Manager
• Maintaining clear and effective communication with cleaners and management
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring cleaning standards are consistently met
• Helping cleaners with day-to-day queries and resolving issues when they arise
• Supporting the team with staff cover and operational requirements
• Building positive working relationships with cleaners and clients
• Being flexible and ready to support the team wherever needed

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is:

• Available full-time, Monday to Friday
• Flexible and available to work Saturdays when required
• Able to start work around 7:00 AM
• Comfortable travelling to different locations, including Dublin city centre and occasionally outside the city centre
• Reliable, responsible and well organised
• Ambitious, enthusiastic and eager to develop
• Confident when communicating with people from different backgrounds and nationalities
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• Practical and proactive, with a “can-do” attitude
