Position Title: Working Supervisor

Location: Yuma, AZ

Pay Rate: $45.00/hour

Position Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Working Supervisor to oversee daily facilities management operations at a prominent site in Yuma, AZ. In this pivotal role, you will plan, coordinate, and ensure the effective execution of all maintenance and operational services, maintaining safety, quality, and performance standards. You will lead a team of maintenance personnel and subcontractors, manage critical repairs, and foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Your expertise will drive operational excellence, improve equipment reliability, and support safety and environmental compliance. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects within a dynamic facilities environment.

Top Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years of facilities management and team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, chillers, pumps, and safety systems
• Proficiency with CMMS software (Corrigo preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and write routine reports
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing safety and performance of vendors and internal teams
