Workplace Concierge

We're looking for a Front of House & Workplace Experience Concierge to join our Kier Places team based in Birmingham.

Location: Birmingham

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

This role is all about creating an exceptional concierge-style front of house and workplace experience. As the first friendly face and key point of contact for colleagues, clients and visitors, you'll help create a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment where everyone feels valued. We're looking for someone who is naturally engaging, organised and proactive, with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building great relationships. No two days are the same, and you'll play a central role in creating a connected, positive and enjoyable experience for everyone.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Front of House & Workplace Experience Concierge, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them in delivering an exceptional workplace experience. Your day to day will include:

• Delivering a warm, professional and memorable welcome to colleagues, clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression at every opportunity
• Setting up and managing meeting rooms to meet user requirements, including layouts, accessibility needs and technology support, ensuring all spaces are fully functional
• Supporting the delivery of internal and external events, coordinating catering services and ensuring smooth experiences for attendees
• Taking ownership of workplace communications, managing announcements and visual displays to keep colleagues informed and engaged
• Managing day-to-day office operations, including workplace supplies, facilities requests and contractor visits to ensure a safe, efficient and welcoming environment

What are we looking for?

This role of Front of House & Workplace Experience Concierge is great for you if:

• You have experience in front of house, concierge, reception, workplace experience, hospitality or customer service, with a passion for delivering an excellent experience
• You're a confident and professional communicator, able to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, visitors and senior stakeholders
• You're highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meetings, events and workplace activities
• You're proactive, flexible and solutions-focused, with the confidence to take ownership of issues and identify opportunities for improvement
• You're comfortable with workplace technology and Microsoft applications, working independently while collaborating effectively with others
