Workplace Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular workplace walkthroughs and ensure areas are clean, ready and well presented.
• Act as a friendly and approachable workplace ambassador for employees and visitors.
• Respond to workplace requests and coordinate timely resolution with relevant teams.
• Ensure meeting and collaboration spaces are properly set up and ready for use.
• Support workplace events, activations, wellness programmes and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with FM, cleaning, catering, technical, mailroom and vendor teams.
• Gather user feedback and highlight opportunities to improve workplace services.
• Support workplace technology and other occupant services where required.
• Assist with maintaining a consistent and high-quality workplace experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in workplace coordination, hospitality, customer service, facilities or events.
• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, Facilities Management or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, presentable and service-oriented.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with employees, vendors and service teams.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced workplace environment.
• Experience in corporate workplace or hospitality environments will be an advantage.
