Responsibilities:

• Manage and support workplace environments, ensuring the stability and performance of end-user devices and systems
• Administer and maintain Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) , including deployment, configuration and troubleshooting
• Perform device deployment using MDT and other provisioning tools
• Manage and support mobile devices (Android and iOS) in enterprise environments
• Administer cloud-based device management solutions , including Microsoft Intune and M365
• Provide support and administration for Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Office)
• Manage and support MacOS environments , including device management with JAMF
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues related to workplace infrastructure
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure, efficient and standardized workplace solutions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards and best practices

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Workplace / End-User Computing environments
• Strong experience with Windows 10/11 administration and deployment
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Office)
• Hands-on experience with Intune (endpoint/device management)
• Experience managing mobile devices (Android and iOS)
• Knowledge of MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit)
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
• Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week.
