What they need
We are not looking for someone to simply design an office.
We are looking for someone who can make a space feel something.
When someone walks into our office, we want them to notice the light, the colours, the textures, the proportions, the little details — and most importantly, feel something.
It could feel energetic.
It could feel calm.
It could feel creative.
It could feel premium.
It could feel warm and welcoming.
It could feel like a place where people genuinely want to spend time.
That's the person we're looking for.
The Role
We are looking for a Spatial Experience Designer to shape the visual and emotional experience of our office spaces.
You will work across interiors, colour, lighting, furniture, materials, décor, artwork, plants, graphics and spatial composition to create workplaces with a strong sense of identity, atmosphere and character .
This is not a conventional "make a floor plan and select furniture" interior-design role.
Your job is to think about the experience of the space .
What you'll do
- Develop the overall visual and experiential direction for our office spaces.
- Create concepts, mood boards and visual narratives for different spaces.
- Develop thoughtful colour palettes, material palettes and textures .
- Design lighting concepts that influence mood, energy and ambience.
- Select furniture, décor, artwork, plants and other visual elements.
- Think about how a space should feel at different times of the day .
- Create distinct identities for different areas — reception, workspaces, meeting rooms, cabins, breakout areas, cafeteria, lounges, etc.
- Translate our company's personality and culture into the physical environment.
- Create spaces that are visually striking but still comfortable and functional.
- Work with architects, interior contractors, vendors and execution teams to turn concepts into reality.
- Visit sites, review execution and ensure that the final space reflects the original design intent.
- Research interesting materials, furniture, lighting, artwork and spatial ideas.
- Continuously explore new ideas from hospitality, retail, hotels, restaurants, galleries, fashion, architecture and contemporary workplace design.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with exceptionally strong visual taste and design sensibility .
You may be an:
- Interior Designer
- Spatial Designer
- Workplace Designer
- Interior Stylist
- Architect with a strong interiors focus
- Exhibition / Experiential Designer
- Set Designer
- Environmental Designer
Your degree matters less to us than what you can create .
You should have
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design thinking and visual sensibility .
- A very good understanding of colour, lighting, materials and textures.
- The ability to create compelling mood boards and design concepts.
- Strong spatial understanding.
- A natural eye for proportion, composition and detail.
- Curiosity about architecture, interiors, art, fashion, hospitality and culture.
- The ability to explain why a space should look and feel a certain way.
- The ability to turn an abstract idea or emotion into a physical environment.
- Enough technical understanding to communicate effectively with architects, contractors and vendors.
Knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, Revit, 3D visualisation or similar tools is useful — but software skills alone will not get you this job.
The most important thing
We care deeply about how you see the world.
Show us spaces you've designed.
Show us spaces that inspire you.
Show us your mood boards.
Show us your colour combinations.
Show us lighting ideas.
Show us details that most people don't notice.
Show us how you think.
If you can look at an ordinary room and immediately imagine how to turn it into a memorable experience , we'd love to hear from you.
Portfolio is mandatory.
