Workplace Experience Business Manager APAC

About the role

Drive the growth of Ricoh's Workplace Experience business across the Asia Pacific region. You will lead business strategy, go-to-market initiatives, sales growth, and strategic partnerships for innovative workplace, hybrid workplace, AV and IT services solutions.

About Your Role:

• Lead and grow the Workplace Experience business across APAC.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Workplace and Hybrid Workplace solutions.
• Build strategic partnerships with vendors, distributors, and business partners.
• Collaborate with regional sales, pre-sales, marketing, and service teams to drive business growth.
• Manage business pipeline and identify new market opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional team.

Does it sound like you?

• Degree holder in Business, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 10+ years' experience in IT Services, AV Solutions, Workplace Experience, or Managed Services.
• Proven success in regional business development and go-to-market strategy execution.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience working across multiple APAC markets.
