Workplace Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator in Santa Clara, CA. Overview: Our client is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at a large corporate campus. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys creating exceptional workplace experiences, supporting events, and serving as a key resource for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities:

• Support workplace operations and facility-related requests
• Coordinate event setup and breakdown activities
• Assist with conference room, meeting, and workplace support services
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
• Respond to employee questions and workplace needs
• Conduct routine site walkthroughs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist with work order coordination and general facilities operations
• Support workplace experience initiatives and employee engagement activities
• Maintain professional communication with employees, guests, and stakeholders
• Help ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming workplace environment

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in workplace services, facilities, hospitality, events, office administration, customer service, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
