In this highly visible role, you'll be at the heart of the workplace, helping people feel welcomed, supported, and connected every day.

If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, loves helping people, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Workplace Ambassador, you'll serve as the go-to resource for workplace support, hospitality, and employee experience initiatives. You'll work closely with employees, senior leaders, vendors, and workplace partners to ensure every interaction is seamless and professional.

Create Exceptional Employee & Guest Experiences

  • Welcome employees, visitors, contractors, and executives with a warm and professional approach.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace-related questions and support.
  • Help employees navigate office amenities, meeting rooms, workplace technology, and reservation systems.
  • Manage lobby and reception areas to ensure an outstanding first impression.
  • Coordinate visitor access, security passes, and onboarding support for new hires.

Support a Dynamic Workplace Environment

  • Assist with meeting room and event space setup for corporate events and executive meetings.
  • Maintain workplace standards and support day-to-day office operations.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and workplace service issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct workplace rounds to ensure spaces remain organized, functional, and welcoming.
  • Manage office supplies, storage services, locker assignments, and access card systems.

Be a Workplace Technology Resource

  • Act as a workplace program subject matter expert and escalation point for office-related concerns.
  • Support employees with basic workplace technology inquiries and equipment needs.
  • Manage workplace inventory including laptops, peripherals, docking stations, headsets, and other office equipment.
  • Utilize workplace systems and applications to support seating, furniture, access control, and employee services.

Promote Safety & Operational Excellence

  • Support workplace health and safety initiatives.
  • Report hazards, concerns, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, building management, and service providers to continuously enhance the workplace experience.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines hospitality, professionalism, and strong organizational skills with a genuine desire to help others.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, workplace experience, customer service, office administration, events, or a related field.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels, including senior executives.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace technology tools.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and work independently.
  • Experience coordinating events or workplace programs is considered an asset.

Why Join BGIS?

At BGIS, you'll have the opportunity to directly influence how people experience their workplace every day. You'll join a collaborative team that values innovation, exceptional service, and creating environments where people can do their best work.

This is more than a reception or office administration role. It's an opportunity to become a key contributor to workplace culture, employee engagement, and the overall employee experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours, with flexibility to support occasional special events.
