About the role

We are seeking a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join Sodexo's small corporate team in a highly regarded pharmaceutical company based in Melbourne. You will coordinate front of house operations and provide exemplary customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting internal and external clients
• Managing visitor records
• Meeting room bookings
• Assisting with facilitating catering
• Working with mailroom processes
• AV/VC support
• Maintaining staff areas

About you

• Previous customer facing experience in a professional environment dealing with clients in a confident manner
• Background may include experience in corporate catering or 5 star hotel operation
• Solid Microsoft office skills
• Enthusiasm in learning new systems
• Bright, happy personality that will thrive in a busy team
