Workplace Experience Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement workplace experience and employee engagement programmes.
• Lead workplace events, townhalls, wellness activities, campaigns and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate hospitality and F&B services to ensure a seamless workplace experience.
• Manage event planning, vendors, budgets and on-site execution.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand employee needs and gather feedback.
• Drive initiatives to improve workplace utilisation, engagement and user satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain high standards for workplace hospitality and service excellence.
• Monitor feedback, participation and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement.
• Support workplace transformation and activation initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Facilities Management, Events Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in workplace experience, hospitality, events or customer experience.
• Experience in a corporate workplace environment is preferred.
• Strong experience in event and programme management, stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer-service and hospitality mindset.
• Creative, proactive and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Experience in F&B or workplace hospitality operations will be an advantage.
