DecodeHR Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Workplace Experience Manager to enhance employee experiences, oversee workplace services, and support a productive and engaging office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage workplace experience initiatives.
• Oversee office facilities, services, and daily workplace operations.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Work with vendors and service providers to maintain workplace standards.
• Gather employee feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage workplace-related budgets and operational requirements.
• Support health, safety, and workplace compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Business, Facilities Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in workplace experience, office management, or facilities operations.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent vendor and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
