Workplace Operations Officer

What you need to join us:

• Degree in Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Facility Management or Workplace Operations.
• 3–5 years of experience coordinating cross-functional projects or operations.
• Experience managing external service providers, contracts, and SLAs.
• Strong project planning skills, including timelines, responsibilities, and KPI monitoring.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with familiarity with project management tools.
• Professional proficiency in both English and French.
