Project Coordination and Workplace Design

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing office fit-out, renovation, workplace improvement, and facilities-related projects.
• Prepare and update architectural drawings, space plans, furniture layouts, floor plans, and other project documentation using CAD and related software.
• Assist in developing workplace design concepts and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment aligned with project requirements, company standards, and budget.
• Conduct site inspections, site measurements, and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with approved plans, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, building management, and internal stakeholders on project requirements, schedules, deliverables, and implementation.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material specifications, project schedules, accomplishment reports, and other project documentation.
• Document inspections, punch lists, corrective actions, and project turnover activities, and maintain organized records of drawings, contracts, warranties, permits, and other related project documents.
• Assist in evaluating completed workplace projects and recommend improvements to enhance space utilization, functionality, safety, and overall workplace experience.

Administrative and Operational Support

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Office Administration Group and perform other duties as assigned.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections, monitor compliance during office operations, workplace projects, and contractor activities, and coordinate corrective actions for identified hazards.
• Assist in implementing workplace safety programs, emergency preparedness activities, and safety awareness initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and other related documentation.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• With 1–2 years of experience in workplace projects, office fit-out, construction, facilities management, architectural design, or project coordination is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of workplace planning, office fit-out, architectural design, space planning, and construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with project coordination, documentation, cost estimation, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and project scheduling.
• Basic understanding of facilities management, building systems, and preventive maintenance principles.
  Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and workplace safety practices is an advantage.
• Licensed Architect is an advantage but not required.
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) or Safety Officer (SO2) Training is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D visualization software is an advantage.
• Office-based with regular travel for site inspections, project coordination, and workplace assessments.
• Exposure to maintenance and operational environments while observing established safety procedures.
