Workplace Project Manager

Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid, with Regular On-Site Visits Required)

Schedule: Flexible, 20–40 Hours per Week, Including Regular Visits to Client Job Sites

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, highly resourceful Workplace Project Manager to help bring our office projects to life across San Francisco and the Bay Area.

This is a hands-on role that requires regular time on-site at our client offices and active job sites. You’ll be our boots on the ground, coordinating vendors, overseeing installations, troubleshooting issues in real time, and making sure projects are moving forward.

You’ll work closely with our design and operations teams to coordinate vendors, source competitive proposals, manage timelines, and execute everything from painting and electrical work to AV, security, office amenities, and more.

We’re looking for someone who has experience setting up offices from the ground up, knows how to get things done, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Our projects move quickly, and we need someone who can keep up!

Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Site Project Coordination

• Regularly visit client offices and active job sites throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area.
• Lead vendor walkthroughs, site surveys, and installation coordination.
• Serve as LOCH’s on-site representative, ensuring vendors understand project expectations, scope, and timelines.
• Monitor installation progress, troubleshoot issues, and proactively address roadblocks.
• Document site conditions, project progress, and outstanding items for the internal team.
• Coordinate final walkthroughs and punch lists to ensure spaces are ready for client move-in.

QualificationsRequired

• 3+ years of experience in workplace project management, office operations, facilities management, commercial interiors, or office buildouts.
• Direct experience setting up, relocating, renovating, or operationalizing commercial offices.
• Experience sourcing vendors, requesting proposals, comparing bids, and coordinating installations.
• Willingness and ability to regularly travel to client job sites throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area.
• Comfortable independently leading vendor walkthroughs, coordinating installations, and resolving on-site issues.
• Excellent organizational skills, communication, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and taking initiative without constant oversight.
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Schedule & Work Environment

This is a flexible, hourly W-2 position averaging 20–40 hours per week, depending on project needs.

While administrative and coordination work can be completed remotely, regular on-site presence is an essential part of this role. The ideal candidate enjoys being in the field, working directly with vendors, and seeing projects come together firsthand.

The position will begin with an initial six-month employment period, with the potential to transition into permanent full-time employment based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
