What they need
☑ Salary UP 3.5K + 13 Month Bonus
☑ Working Location: Marina Bay Finance Centre
☑ Monday to Friday (8.30AM – 5.30PM)
☑ 2 Year Contract
☑ Good Working Environment
Job Scope:
- Manage visitor services, including check-in, registration, and host notifications while maintaining reception standards.
- Oversee access control by issuing, tracking, and retrieving access badges in line with security procedures.
- Handle mail and deliveries, including logging, distribution, and coordination with couriers.
- Setting up of meeting room, event set up & coordination,
- Any other ad hoc support tasks for workplace operation.
Requirement:
- ITE or Diploma Qualification in any field of studies
- 1 Year of Experience in Front Office Management or Work Place Operation Management Experience
