Pay Range: $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate conference room scheduling and setup
• Conduct workplace walkthroughs and inspections
• Monitor hoteling spaces, offices, and common areas
• Ensure a best-in-class employee and visitor experience
• Identify facility issues and submit maintenance requests
• Manage service tickets and respond to employee requests
• Support executive leadership during special events and meetings

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 1+ years of customer-facing work experience
• Strong executive presence and professionalism
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience in corporate hospitality, office services, facilities coordination, or event coordination
