Workplace Services Manager

The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director – Hong Kong, you will lead the Workplace Services Team and oversee outsourced service providers to deliver a safe, efficient and engaging workplace environment for our employees. You will be responsible for managing a broad range of workplace services, including transportation, catering, office facilities, contractor management, workplace maintenance and employee support services.

 Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement workplace service policies, standards and improvement initiatives
• Lead workplace operations and manage outsourced service providers to ensure service quality and operational effectiveness
• Partner with internal stakeholders across the business to deliver employee-focused workplace solutions
• Manage workplace service budgets and drive cost-effective service delivery
• Lead key employee service programmes and committees
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace efficiency
• Develop and lead a high-performing Workplace Services team

The Person

The ideal candidate should have / be:

• A university degree in Business Administration, Property Management or a related discipline
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in workplace services, facilities management, office administration or related functions, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience in managing service contractors and workplace support services
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic operating environment
• A proactive, customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
