What they need
- Soft Services Management: Proficient in housekeeping practices, cleaning procedures, and chemical handling
- HVAC & Fire Safety Systems: Knowledge of routine upkeep and management of HVAC and fire safety infrastructure
- Cafeteria & Pantry Oversight: Experience in managing food services, hygiene standards, and vendor coordination
- Electromechanical Systems: Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical service requirements
- MIS & Billing: Competent in MIS reporting, data tracking, and invoice processing
- Procurement Process: Understanding of the end-to-end purchase order processfrom requirement gathering to payment
- Communication & Coordination: Good verbal and written communication; ability to coordinate with PAN India teams for reporting and data consolidation
- Inventory & Vendor Management: Experience in inventory tracking and vendor handling
- Critical Area Oversight: Knowledge of fire safety norms, temperature-controlled environments, and risk mitigation
- Event & Meeting Management: Coordination of internal/external meetings and onsite/offsite events, including logistics and vendor management
- Plant & Courier Services: Experience in managing indoor/outdoor plants and mailroom/courier operations
- Front Office Operations: Broad understanding of front office management and reporting
- Meeting/Conference Room Management: Ensuring upkeep and readiness of meeting and conference rooms
- Landlord Coordination: Handling day-to-day coordination with landlord for operational requirements
- Audit Coordination: End-to-end support for internal and external audits (ISO/SOC), including documentation and closure
