Position Summary We are looking for a Workplace Solutions Lead to shape and drive the Workplace Solutions strategy across Nestlé Greater China Region.

This role will lead the strategic managementand transformation of our workplace portfolio, covering Corporate Real Estate, Workplace

Design and Facility Management .The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders, site teams and external service providers to optimize our workplace footprint, enhance employee experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive sustainable cost optimization.

Main Responsibilities

Workplace Strategy & Transformation

Define and implement the Workplace Solutions strategy for Nestlé Greater China, aligned with global direction.

Lead workplace management transformation and centralization initiatives across the market.

Drive the centralized and standardized management of regional sales offices, enhancing consistency, efficiency, and service quality across locations.

Manage Workplace Solutions operations, budget, and governance at market level.

Build Workplace Solutions capabilities across sites through coaching, guidance and best-practice sharing.

Drive continuous improvement and adoption of global and regional workplace initiatives and standards.

Corporate Real Estate

Manage and continuously optimize Nestlé's real estate portfolio across Greater China.

Develop long-term real estate and portfolio rationalization strategies aligned with business priorities.

Coordinate key real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and lease renegotiations .

Lead office relocation and consolidation projects, including location and space planning, stakeholder coordination and move management.

Identify opportunities to optimize the site footprint and total occupancy costs.

Workplace Design

Lead and coordinate workplace design, renovation, and fit-out projects.

Partner with internal and external experts on office layout, workplace design and project delivery.

Drive effective change management to support workplace transformation and office relocation initiatives .

Continuously enhance workplace experience and employee satisfaction.

Facility Management

Oversee Facility Management operations across the market, working with local teams and external service providers.

Establish effective governance and ensure consistent service quality and operational standards.

Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Evaluate and drive Integrated

Facility Management (IFM) models and transitions where appropriate.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

Build strong relationships with business leaders, functions, and site stakeholders across Greater China.

Partner effectively with external real estate, IFM, architecture and project management providers .

Influence multiple stakeholders to secure alignment, resources and support for workplace transformation initiatives.

What Will Make You Successful

Significant experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facility Management and/or Workplace Management ,ideally within a large multinational or complex multi-site organization.

Strong project management experience, with a track record of leading complex workplace, real estate,facility or transformation projects.

Experience in multi-site office management, office relocation, consolidation, and/or workplace transformation is highly preferred.

Solid understanding of real estate portfolio management, facility operations and workplace solutions.

Experience in change management and leading transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to identify efficiency and cost optimization opportunities.

Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and organizational levels.

High degree of independence, ownership, and self-motivation.

Strong ability to partner with and empower others.

Good command of English and Chinese .

Willingnessto travel within China.
