You will be responsible for supporting physical IT infrastructure, hardware installations, moves and changes, connectivity, cabling and day-to-day infrastructure incidents within a highly controlled corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver IMAC / IMACD and breakfix activities across workplace and technology-room environments.

- Hands-on experience with IMAC / IMACD, moves, decommissions and breakfix.
- Strong structured cabling experience, including installation, patching, tracing, fault finding and testing.
- Experience working within comms rooms / technology rooms containing racks, servers, network equipment and PDUs.
- Familiarity with asset-management and ticketing systems.
