Workshop & Delivery Operative

Duggan Shopfitters is a family-run fit-out company based in Ardcavan, Wexford. We design, manufacture and install bespoke interiors for hotels, bars, restaurants, commercial, retail & high-end residential clients across Ireland, all from our own factory with our own crews.

We're looking for a practical, reliable person to keep the workshop running and get materials and finished joinery where they need to be. About half the role is on the road in a company van - collections from suppliers and merchants, deliveries to sites across the Southeast and further afield. The other half is in the factory: keeping the workshop organised, helping load out for installations, and assisting the joiners with basic woodwork. No trade experience needed — we'll show you what you need to know, and for the right person this is a genuine way into the trade.

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

• Interest in woodwork, construction or making things
• Manual handling cert an advantage
