Workshop Assembly Technician

JMA UK are the UK's leading Key Cutting equipment suppliers. We supply a large range of Locks, Security and Hardware products, to the Locksmith and Hardware trades.

As part of our service to customers we have an in-house locksmith workshop offering additional services that our customers can’t facilitate or accomplish. This might be something basic as cutting keys to more advanced tasks such as Master Keying or Vehicle keys.

We are looking for a reliable, hard working person who has some basic experience of key cutting and is looking to further their skill set. The suitable candidate must be quick to learn, good with their hands, mature, and capable of doing physical work. You must have excellent attention to detail and good communication skills. Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft products is essential. We will offer full on the job training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cutting keys, pinning cylinders, lock servicing
• Completing the necessary paperwork
• Maintaining keying records on various software programs
• Completing orders on time

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Computer literate
• Good attention to detail
• Adhering to safety and quality standards

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm

Location: Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire
