Specialised Engineering is seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Co-ordinator to lead our manufacturing workshop in Kalgoorlie. This is a full-time leadership position for a qualified and hands-on professional with extensive boiler making experience.

About the role

Manage the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing workshop, leading and mentoring workshop personnel while coordinating production schedules to meet customer deadlines. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality, maintain compliance with Workplace Health and Safety requirements, and monitor workshop productivity, equipment, and resources. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and management as required.

About you

• Previous experience in a Leading Hand role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Sound knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Full Australian working rights
