We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Controller to oversee the daily operations of our busy Jaguar Land Rover service department. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage workflow efficiently, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and coordinating daily workshop operations
• Allocating jobs to technicians to maximise workflow and productivity
• Monitoring job progress and addressing workflow issues
• Maintaining high standards of quality control and compliance
• Working closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure customer expectations are met
• Assisting with technical problem-solving and diagnostics
• Supporting and motivating the workshop team

About You:

• Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Foreman, or Senior Technician
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to prioritise and multitask in a busy workshop environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A passion for the automotive industry and high-quality workmanship
• Experience with premium brands is highly regarded
• WA driver's licence essential
• Full Australian working rights
