Your day-to-day will include: Workshop Coordination

• Manage workflow between technicians and the service team to maximise efficiency and quality.

Scheduling & Bookings

• Organise workshop appointments and keep diaries on track.

Standards & Safety

• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully equipped workshop environment.

Vehicle Handover

• Oversee the final preparation and quality checks before vehicles are returned to customers.

Test Drives

• Conduct test drives as needed to confirm all repairs meet our high standards.

Waste Management

• Ensure proper disposal of waste materials in line with safety and environmental guidelines.

Customer Focus

• Contribute to a premium customer experience through clear communication and timely service delivery.

What We're Looking For: A full, clean driving licence

Strong organisational and communication skills

A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Ability to stay calm under pressure with strong attention to detail

Mechanical knowledge or workshop experience is an advantage, but not essential
