Opportunity at Lexus Stockport – Workshop Controller
Salary £35,000.00 - £45,000+ OTE
Working Monday - Friday NO WEEKENDS

Are you an experienced Workshop Controller or experienced Vehicle Technician looking to take the next step into a Workshop Controller position?

Take your experience to the next level in this role, leading the Workshop team to deliver technical excellence. You’ll work closely with the Front of House team to deliver market-leading services and ensure that every customer gets the best possible experience.

You’ll allocate jobs to your team based on technical aspects and customer demand. As well as leading and mentoring the team.

Working with the Aftersales Manager you’ll maximise capacity in the workshop and implement an effective deployment plan. You will monitor technician’s efficiencies and performance on a daily basis.

To be success in this role you’ll need:

• Workshop Controller or Vehicle technician experience
• Experience of coaching other team members.
• Experience of working in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to colleagues and customers accurately and concisely.
• Experience of building great relationships across a large team
• Quality focused with first time fix mentality
• A current full valid driving licence
