Workshop Controller / Workshop Foreman - Armstrong Prestige Wellington

Armstrong's Prestige Wellington has an opening for a Workshop Controller / Workshop Foreman to take charge of workshop operations across five standout brands - Audi, Volvo, Porsche, Jaguar and Land Rover. It's a rare chance to lead across a genuinely varied prestige line-up, working closely with two experienced Service Managers to keep standards and output where they need to be.

Who we're after

You'll need:

• Franchise dealership background, prestige/luxury experience a plus
• Solid technical and diagnostic capability
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine commitment to quality and customer outcomes
• The ability to keep technicians motivated and jobs flowing
