We are the official distributor of well-known brands such as John Deere, Hiab, Morooka, Bandit, and DJI, operating across Indonesia as well as in the Philippines and Timor Leste.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily aftersales operations to ensure service activities are completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards.

• Monitor workshop performance, service quality, and turnaround time to achieve established service KPIs.

• Coordinate the execution of preventive maintenance, repair, warranty claims, and technical support activities.

• Supervise and support Foreman, Technicians, and Staff personnel to ensure smooth operational workflow.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

• Prepare and analyze aftersales performance reports, including service productivity, customer feedback, warranty performance, and operational improvements.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures within the service operation.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.

  Qualifications

• Min. S1 in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aftersales operations, workshop management, or service coordination within the heavy equipment, automotive, or related industry.

• Strong understanding of aftersales processes, including maintenance planning, repair coordination, warranty administration, and spare parts management.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage service operations effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational improvement opportunities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of preparing operational and performance reports.

• Familiarity with heavy equipment products, particularly in the agricultural sector, will be an advantage.

• Willingness to be placed in Merauke Site Area.
