Workshop Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

• Responsible for prototype rebuild/mule truck build including:

Process feasibility analysis

Timing plan, risk assessment

Perform quality check, deviation handling & problem solving

Document technical findings and communicate with stakeholders

• Workshop daily operation including facility/equipment/chemical/Safety/5S management etc.,
• Optimize workshop setup, establish and improve workshop related process & documents
• Implement other jobs given based on Company need Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor degree or above in engineering/ machinery majors.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in OEM, preferred in prototype/testing workshop or related fields. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• English as working language both written and spoken
• Familiar with vehicle electrical architecture and vehicle structure, truck knowledge is a plus
• Experienced in workshop operation
• Familiar with product development process
• Skilled in CATIA
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Cross-function communication skills
