- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and repairs
- Monitor vehicle downtime and repair turnaround time
- Provide technical support and assist with complex diagnostics
- Control parts, repair and maintenance costs
- Monitor technician productivity and workshop performance
- Ensure repair quality and minimize repeat repairs
- Coordinate with fleet operations, suppliers, and external workshops
- Ensure workshop safety and proper working procedures
- Prepare regular workshop and fleet maintenance reports for management
- Prepare daily Workshop KPI report for management
