Workshop Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Coordinate and monitor daily operations to ensure repair and maintenance jobs are completed efficiently and on time.
• Track KPIs, productivity, and job progress, and provide regular updates to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Plan and follow up on work assignments for mechanics.
• Ensure proper job documentation, quality control, and compliance with work procedures.
• Coordinate with external customer and internal service, procurement, logistic and inventory teams to ensure smooth workflow and spare parts availability.
• Monitor tools, equipment, and facilities, arranging maintenance or repairs when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Mechanical / Automotive or related field. Fresh graduates encouraged; 1+ experience in managing a workshop or production/operations preferred.
• Experience with heavy machinery, construction or manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently under pressure.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English (Knowing Mandarin for communication with Chinese stakeholders is an additional advantage.)
• Willing to work in a workshop environment located in USJ or Puchong.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
