Workshop Facilitator

Duties

• Plan and deliver engaging instructional activities tailored to the needs of adults and learners of varying abilities
• Facilitate group discussions, activities, and hands-on exercises that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Support classroom management by maintaining a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Collaborate with community and team members to assess learner progress and adapt strategies accordingly

Requirements

• Background in human services, teaching or related field with experience working with adults
• Proven classroom experience demonstrating effective teaching techniques
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with learners of all ages
• Knowledge of math concepts and teaching methods suitable for young learners
• Understanding of trauma , learning needs and inclusive teaching practices
• Excellent organizational skills including proofreading and preparing instructional materials

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
