ANG Business Services LLC is seeking an elite facilitator on behalf of our client for a high-impact, half-day workshop. We're looking for a top-tier professional to lead a Conflict Resolution session for an audience of mid-to-senior level managers.

This is a perfect opportunity for a seasoned expert to do what they do best: facilitate. All curriculum, presentation slides, and participant materials are fully developed and will be provided. Your role is to step in, command the room, and bring the content to life.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Master the Delivery: Take our pre-designed 4-hour workshop and deliver it with energy, presence, and expertise.
• Drive Engagement: Transform the content into a dynamic, interactive session using masterful questioning, group activities, and facilitated discussion.
• Command the Room: Confidently manage group dynamics, ensure a safe and productive learning environment, and keep leaders focused and engaged.
• Embody Professionalism: Arrive prepared and represent our client with the highest standard of excellence.

• Local Commitment: You must be able to commute to the in-person workshop location in Queens, NY.
