Workshop Helper – Mahindra Service

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Technicians in vehicle servicing, repair and maintenance work.
• Support technicians in removing, fitting and handling vehicle parts.
• Assist with cleaning, greasing, oil changes and basic workshop activities.
• Arrange and handle tools, equipment and spare parts as required.
• Support technicians during vehicle inspection and repair work.
• Assist in moving and positioning vehicles safely within the workshop.
• Follow all workshop safety procedures and instructions.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, equipment and materials.
• Support the workshop team in completing jobs on time and efficiently.
• Perform other workshop-related duties assigned by the Senior Technician / Workshop Supervisor.

Required Criteria

• Education: +2 / ITI / Diploma
• Preferred Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical / Electrical
• Experience: 0–1 years of relevant experience
• Freshers: Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply
• Preferred Industry: Automobile / Automotive Service / Mahindra Dealership / Commercial Vehicle Service
• Skills: Basic Vehicle Knowledge, Tool Handling, Mechanical Skills, Teamwork, Willingness to Learn, Safety Awareness and Physical Fitness
