Workshop Host Stuttgart

We're hiring. We're casting noses, hearts and storytellers.

Atelier Inspire is looking for a new Workshop Host & Partner in Stuttgart.

We help people craft memories through scent, and now we're looking for the person who'll guide that magic.

Top notes: the first impression
You're the kind of person a room leans toward. You love scent, stories, and making strangers feel like they belong. You can hold a space, spark a little wonder, and make two hours feel like a small adventure.

Heart notes: what you'll actually do
You'll lead immersive perfume-making workshops of two to three hours, in English and German. You'll guide guests from their very first sniff all the way to their own bottled signature fragrance, set the mood, and care for the studio before and after. No perfumer diploma required, because we train you. You bring the warmth, we bring the science of scent.

Base notes: what stays with you
A flexible freelance role, paid per workshop plus tips, a beautiful studio, and a team that (suspiciously) always smells great. Every position starts as freelance for now, with a real possibility of growing into something more permanent down the line.

How to apply: forget the CV
A perfume can't be summed up on paper, and neither can you. So instead, send us a short video of two to five minutes where you:

• introduce yourself in the most "you" way possible
• share a fun fact you love about perfume
• tell us your favourite fragrance, and why it's yours
• describe yourself as a perfume evolving over time, with your own top, heart and base notes

Surprise us. There's no wrong way to do this, only your way.

Send your scent-story to [email protected] and let us know you're based in Stuttgart.

Perfect for actors, creatives, facilitators and freelancers: anyone who loves helping others feel something.
